great access to beach and nearby parks for strolling

I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying the clean rooms and the personal touch from the owner, Missy, who made us feel very welcome. plus, being just a short walk of 500 meters to the pier and so close to Funtown Splashtown USA made our weekend exploration a blast. The only downside was the rooms were a bit dated, but that didn't take away from our overall enjoyment.

The beach is just across the street, perfect for soaking up the sun. Nearby, we explored the lively pier and the local eateries, making our trip more fun. The heated pool was a hit too! To future visitors, book an upstairs room for added amenities like a kitchenette. Missy, the owner, is super accommodating!

The only downside was the air conditioner placement in the downstairs rooms, which was in the bathroom and a little inconvenient.

Perfect family getaway with great hospitality

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family in a Double Room with Two Double Beds and Kitchenette on the 2nd floor. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the heated pool was fantastic for relaxing after our beach trips. Missy, the owner, truly made our experience memorable with her warm hospitality and willingness to accommodate our requests. The only downside was the air conditioner placement, which was a bit inconvenient in the bathroom.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend respite in Old Orchard Beach with extraordinarily good value for money. The owner was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs for a better night's sleep.
